In each of the 17 countries where we now work directly inside schools, there was a moment of doubt — a moment where we thought: "No, it won't work here. It's too complex. The system is too different. The community is too closed."

But every single time, someone stepped up. And that person was always our local partner — a true enthusiast who said: "I know how to show them the value. Schools need this. I'll make it happen."

And every time, it worked.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing stories about how this path actually gets built — the unseen side of EdTech expansion that doesn't make it onto the webinar slides.

Take Cairo. The students pictured above are at a school with Algorithmics Cairo — a collaboration that became reality thanks to our partner Ahmed Eid Saeid. These kids have just started their journey with us. Watching them uncover their talents and gain confidence for the future is exactly why we run this marathon.
